- Transfer Option: You may transfer your service appointment to another date or location free of charge, subject to availability, by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Non-Refundable Services: Custom installation at remote sites requires resource allocation in advance. These services are non-refundable once confirmed due to the unique planning and material procurement involved.
3. Information Products
Our info products include guides, manuals, and online tutorials related to auto pet waterer operation and maintenance.
3.1 Refund Policy for Info Products
- Refund Window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 10% of the content.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
